Bishop Brendan Cahill has scheduled a sensory Mass to take place Saturday, March 7, at 5 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows. The sensory Mass is designed as a soothing Mass for people who, because of autism or other issues that make them adverse to too much stimulation. It helps them focus on the Mass instead of seeking to remove themselves from an uncomfortable situation. Those who are interested should watch for more information in the March edition of The Catholic Lighthouse as well as the Diocese of Victoria’s Facebook page.
