Rocky Mountain High Retreat

Depart June 4th. Return July 12th, 2026

This unique, week long retreat, in the heart of the San Juan Mountains in Southern Colorado, is an opportunity for high school age young people to take time away from their daily routine. They will experience the wonder and grandeur of the great outdoors (courtesy of Sonlight Camp) spending time reflecting on important issues of life, faith, family, and friends. A trained staff of qualified adults, from throughout the diocese, offers caring relationships to assist our youth on their journey. Small group discussions, presentations on key topics, prayer and liturgical experiences, plus a wild and crazy rafting trip on the Animas River in Durango (river levels permitting), help make this an unforgettable week. 

No spaces will be held without a paid deposit. Space are limited. If you have attended this retreat in the past, you may not attend again.
 
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis; once the participant count has been reached, all other registrations will be placed on a waiting list. 

COST IS $850.00 PER PERSON*

1. A $75.00 non-refundable deposit. You can pay online (below) or via check or cash by mail or stopping by the chancery office.

7. Annual Physical-If you will be getting a new physical for this retreat, please use the Sonlight Physical Form (to be completed by doctor or nurse practitioner). If you will NOT be getting a new physical, an annual school physical or sports physical is acceptable. Physical must be within 12 months of retreat.
8. CO Certificate of Immunization Form. If you have a copy of your immunization records, then there is no need to submit the Colorado form.
