The team will meet once a month from September to May***. Each session will focus on a different aspect in Christian leadership as well as spiritual formation in the foundations of the Catholic faith. Taking inspiration from the 4 pillars of priestly formation (Spiritual, Human, Intellectual, and Pastoral) this year's focus is on human formation which include topics like empathy, conflict resolution and repair, identity rooted in Christ, etc. The team will have the opportunity to put what they learn into practice in June when they lead the diocesan junior high retreat (Camp David).
